### sec.120B Making of initial distribution network codes by Minister
The Minister may make initial distribution network codes to apply to electricity entities or retailers, or both.
A code must state the electricity entities or retailers to which it applies.
A code is not subordinate legislation.
QCA must keep a register of distribution network codes and publish them on its website. See section 254B and the QCA Act , sections 227A to 227C .

(sec.120B-ssec.1) The Minister may make initial distribution network codes to apply to electricity entities or retailers, or both.
