### sec.120 Regulator’s power to require information from electricity entities or retailers
An electricity entity or retailer must give the regulator the information the regulator reasonably requires to enable the regulator to perform the regulator’s functions.
The information must be given within a reasonable time after the regulator asks for it.
However, this section does not require the electricity entity or retailer to give information if giving the information might tend to incriminate the entity or retailer.
