### sec.115 Authority to enter onto land for proposed works etc.
The Minister may, by gazette notice, authorise an electricity entity (and its employees and agents) to enter onto land, and remain on it for as long as necessary, to decide the suitability of the land for the entity’s proposed works.
The authority must state—
the electricity entity to which it is given; and
whether it applies to any land or only to particular land; and
whether it applies to any proposed works or only to particular works; and
the things the entity may do on land entered under it; and
the period of the authority.
The authority may—
state the conditions or restrictions to which it is subject; and
make provision about the effect of breaches of the conditions or restrictions or the continuation or suspension of the authority.
