### sec.114 Compensation payable by electricity entity for damage etc.
In exercising a power under this part, an electricity entity must do as little damage as is practicable.
An electricity entity must fully compensate a person for damage to the person’s property caused by the exercise of a power under this part.
Subsection (2) is subject to sections 97 and 97A .
