### sec.113A Authority to transmit over land
A transmission entity is authorised to operate works to transmit electricity across, over or through the following land—
land that it owns;
land over which it holds the benefit of an easement, licence or other agreement or a consent mentioned in section 112 in relation to the works.
Subsection (1) (b) applies whether or not the easement, licence, agreement or consent authorises the transmission.

(sec.113A-ssec.1) A transmission entity is authorised to operate works to transmit electricity across, over or through the following land— land that it owns; land over which it holds the benefit of an easement, licence or other agreement or a consent mentioned in section 112 in relation to the works.
(sec.113A-ssec.2) Subsection (1) (b) applies whether or not the easement, licence, agreement or consent authorises the transmission.
- (a) land that it owns;
- (b) land over which it holds the benefit of an easement, licence or other agreement or a consent mentioned in section 112 in relation to the works.
