### sec.108 Removal of works
A railway operator may require an electricity entity to remove or relocate the entity’s works built with its agreement if the removal or relocation is in accordance with—
the agreement or another agreement between the entity and operator; or
a resolution of a dispute between the entity and operator.
The electricity entity must pay the cost of the removal or relocation, unless an agreement or resolution mentioned in subsection (1) otherwise provides.
(sec.108-ssec.1) A railway operator may require an electricity entity to remove or relocate the entity’s works built with its agreement if the removal or relocation is in accordance with— the agreement or another agreement between the entity and operator; or a resolution of a dispute between the entity and operator.
(sec.108-ssec.2) The electricity entity must pay the cost of the removal or relocation, unless an agreement or resolution mentioned in subsection (1) otherwise provides.
- (a) the agreement or another agreement between the entity and operator; or
- (b) a resolution of a dispute between the entity and operator.
