### sec.106 Public entity may require electricity entity to alter position of works
A public entity may require an electricity entity to alter the position of the electricity entity’s works in a publicly controlled place if the works could interfere with the exercise of the public entity’s powers for the place.
The public entity is responsible only for the cost of altering the position of the works.
In this section—
publicly controlled place does not include a light rail.

(sec.106-ssec.1) A public entity may require an electricity entity to alter the position of the electricity entity’s works in a publicly controlled place if the works could interfere with the exercise of the public entity’s powers for the place.
