### sch-sec.15 Content service For the purposes of this Act, a content service is: a broadcasting service; or an on-line information service (for example, a dial-up information service); or an on-line entertainment service (for example, a video-on-demand service or an interactive computer game service); or any other on-line service (for example, an education service provided by a State or Territory government); or a service of a kind specified in a determination made by the Minister for the purposes of this paragraph. The Minister may make a written determination for the purposes of paragraph (1)(e). A determination made for the purposes of paragraph (1)(e) is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 . attach ins 1997 No. 50 s 36 (sch-sec.15-ssec.1) For the purposes of this Act, a content service is: a broadcasting service; or an on-line information service (for example, a dial-up information service); or an on-line entertainment service (for example, a video-on-demand service or an interactive computer game service); or any other on-line service (for example, an education service provided by a State or Territory government); or a service of a kind specified in a determination made by the Minister for the purposes of this paragraph.
