### sec.85 Annual report
As soon as practical, but within 4 months, after the end of each financial year, the chairperson of the board must prepare and give to the Minister a report on the board’s operations for the year.
The report must include a summary of the work of each of the board committees.
The report must—
be approved by the board before it is submitted to the Minister; or
indicate the extent to which any part of the report has not been approved by the board.
The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 14 sitting days after receiving it.
