### sec.80 Leave of absence
The Minister may approve a leave of absence for an appointed member of the board.
If a leave of absence is approved, the Minister may appoint someone else as an acting member during the member’s approved leave of absence.
In appointing a person as an acting member, the Minister must have regard to requirements of this division for the composition of the board.
(sec.80-ssec.1) The Minister may approve a leave of absence for an appointed member of the board.
(sec.80-ssec.2) If a leave of absence is approved, the Minister may appoint someone else as an acting member during the member’s approved leave of absence.
(sec.80-ssec.3) In appointing a person as an acting member, the Minister must have regard to requirements of this division for the composition of the board.
