### sec.77 Composition of board The board consists of the following members— the commissioner, who is the chairperson of the board; the regulator; 6 members appointed by the Minister. In choosing the appointed members of the board, the Minister must— consider each proposed member’s practical experience and competence in the management of electrical safety; and ensure that— 2 of the appointed members are representative of employers; and 2 of the appointed members are representative of workers; and 2 of the appointed members are representative of the community; and seek to appoint both men and women as members. s 77 amd 2012 No. 37 s 20 ; 2011 No. 18 s 373 ; 2015 No. 16 s 6 (sec.77-ssec.1) The board consists of the following members— the commissioner, who is the chairperson of the board; the regulator; 6 members appointed by the Minister.
