### sec.54 Withdrawal or variation of electrical safety undertaking A person who has made an electrical safety undertaking may at any time, with the written agreement of the regulator— withdraw the undertaking; or vary the undertaking. However, the provisions of the undertaking can not be varied to provide for a different alleged contravention of the Act . The regulator must publish, on the regulator’s website, notice of the withdrawal or variation of an electrical safety undertaking. s 54 amd 2004 No. 45 s 121 sub 2011 No. 18 s 367 (sec.54-ssec.1) A person who has made an electrical safety undertaking may at any time, with the written agreement of the regulator— withdraw the undertaking; or vary the undertaking.
