### sec.40I Service of recall order
This section applies if, after considering any written submissions made by the responsible person under section 40H (2) , the Minister still decides to make the recall order.
The recall order must be in writing and be given to the responsible person.
Information that is sufficient to alert the public about the electrical risk identified in the recall order must be published in—
the gazette; and
a newspaper circulating generally in the State.
