### sec.29 Duty of electricity entity An electricity entity has a duty to ensure that its works— are electrically safe; and are operated in a way that is electrically safe. Without limiting subsection (1) , the duty includes the requirement that the electricity entity inspect, test and maintain the works. s 29 amd 2011 No. 18 s 343 (sec.29-ssec.1) An electricity entity has a duty to ensure that its works— are electrically safe; and are operated in a way that is electrically safe. (sec.29-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , the duty includes the requirement that the electricity entity inspect, test and maintain the works. - (a) are electrically safe; and - (b) are operated in a way that is electrically safe.
