### sec.253 Reviews and appeals Part 12, as it existed before being amended by the amendment Act, continues to apply to a decision made before the amendment as if it had not been amended. Another provision of this part that would have applied to a matter if the final decision on a review or appeal under part 12 had been made before the part was amended applies to matter as if the final decision had been made before the part was amended. s 253 ins 2011 No. 18 s 389 (sec.253-ssec.1) Part 12, as it existed before being amended by the amendment Act, continues to apply to a decision made before the amendment as if it had not been amended.
