### sec.246B Commencement provision
This section applies if section 387 of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 , to the extent it replaces section 205 of this Act, commences before section 30 of the Guardianship and Administration and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2012 (the amending section ) commences.
The amending section is taken not to have commenced and is repealed.
