### sec.245 Notices published in industrial gazette
This section applies if, before the commencement, a notice was published in the industrial gazette as required by section 121(5) as in force before the commencement.
The notice continues to have been published for section 121 after the commencement despite the amendment of that section by the amending Act.
In this section—
commencement means the commencement of this section.
industrial gazette means the Queensland Government Industrial Gazette.

(sec.245-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, a notice was published in the industrial gazette as required by section 121(5) as in force before the commencement.

(sec.245-ssec.3) In this section— commencement means the commencement of this section. industrial gazette means the Queensland Government Industrial Gazette.
