### sec.225 Existing licences
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held a previous licence issued by the EWC Board.
The person, on the commencement, is taken to be the holder of the equivalent licence to the previous licence.
The equivalent licence—
is taken to be subject to conditions and restrictions in the same terms, as far as practicable, as the conditions and restrictions to which the previous licence was subject; and
expires when the previous licence would have expired; and
must not be the subject of renewal or reinstatement under this Act.
(sec.225-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, held a previous licence issued by the EWC Board.
