### sec.205 Recovery of fee
A fee payable under this Act and not paid may be recovered by the regulator—
in summary proceedings under the Justices Act 1886 ; or
by action for a debt.
A fee may also be recovered in a proceeding for an offence against this Act.
Also, an order made under subsection (2) is enforceable under the Justices Act 1886 as an order for payment of money made by a magistrate under that Act.
If an order is made under subsection (2) —
the order may be filed in the registry of a Magistrates Court under the Magistrates Courts Act 1921 ; and
on being filed, is taken to be an order made by a Magistrates Court and may be enforced accordingly.
