### sec.204B Purpose and administration of fund
The purpose of the fund is to record amounts received for, and paid from, the fund as mentioned in this division.
Accounts for the fund must be kept as part of the departmental accounts of the department.
Amounts payable to the fund are the fees received by the regulator for the registration of responsible suppliers and level 2 or 3 in-scope electrical equipment in the national register.
