sec.191Civil liability not affected by this Act

### sec.191 Civil liability not affected by this Act Nothing in this Act is to be construed as— conferring a right of action in civil proceedings in relation to a contravention of a provision of this Act; or conferring a defence to an action in civil proceedings or otherwise affecting a right of action in civil proceedings; or affecting the extent (if any) to which a right of action arises, or civil proceedings may be taken, in relation to breaches of duties or obligations imposed under a regulation. s 191 sub 2011 No. 18 s 386 - (a) conferring a right of action in civil proceedings in relation to a contravention of a provision of this Act; or - (b) conferring a defence to an action in civil proceedings or otherwise affecting a right of action in civil proceedings; or - (c) affecting the extent (if any) to which a right of action arises, or civil proceedings may be taken, in relation to breaches of duties or obligations imposed under a regulation.
