### sec.190A Proceedings against public authorities
Proceedings may be taken under this Act against a public authority in its own name.
Proceedings may be taken under this Act against a local government, and a local government may be prosecuted and punished, as if it were a body corporate.
Nothing in this division affects any privileges that a public authority may have under the State.

(sec.190A-ssec.1) Proceedings may be taken under this Act against a public authority in its own name.
