### sec.187J Offence to fail to comply with order
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with an order under this division.
Maximum penalty—500 penalty units.
Subsection (1) places an evidential burden on the defendant to show a reasonable excuse.
This section does not apply to an order under section 187E or 187F .
