### sec.179 Proof of appointment and authority unnecessary
It is not necessary to prove—
the appointment of an appointed person; or
the authority of an appointed person to do anything under this Act.

- (a) the appointment of an appointed person; or
- (b) the authority of an appointed person to do anything under this Act.
