### sec.153 Provision of information by retailer
A retailer must, in the way and at the times the regulator reasonably requires, give the regulator information, prescribed by regulation, the retailer holds about—
premises located in Queensland to which the retailer provides customer retail services; and
persons who are customers of the retailer and who own or occupy the premises mentioned in paragraph (a) .
An official may use information given to the regulator by a retailer under subsection (1) only for administering and enforcing this Act.
In this section—
official means—
the regulator; or
an inspector.

(sec.153-ssec.2) An official may use information given to the regulator by a retailer under subsection (1) only for administering and enforcing this Act.

- (b) persons who are customers of the retailer and who own or occupy the premises mentioned in paragraph (a) .
