### sec.151B Costs of remedial or other action
The regulator may recover the reasonable costs of any remedial action taken under—
section 151 from the person to whom the notice is issued; or
section 151A from any person to whom the electrical safety protection notice could have been issued for the matter;
as a debt due to the regulator.
