### sec.151 When regulator may carry out action
This section applies if a person to whom an electrical safety protection notice is issued fails to take reasonable steps to comply with the notice.
The regulator may take any remedial action the regulator believes reasonable to make the situation safe after giving written notice to the person to whom the electrical safety protection notice was issued of—
the regulator’s intention to take that action; and
the owner’s or person’s liability for the costs of that action.

(sec.151-ssec.1) This section applies if a person to whom an electrical safety protection notice is issued fails to take reasonable steps to comply with the notice.
(sec.151-ssec.2) The regulator may take any remedial action the regulator believes reasonable to make the situation safe after giving written notice to the person to whom the electrical safety protection notice was issued of— the regulator’s intention to take that action; and the owner’s or person’s liability for the costs of that action.
