### sec.150G Issue and giving of notice
A notice may be issued or given to a person—
by delivering it personally to the person or sending it by post or facsimile or electronic transmission to the person’s usual or last known place of residence or business; or
by leaving it for the person at the person’s usual or last known place of residence or business with a person who appears to be over 16 years and who appears to reside or work there; or
by leaving it for the person at the place to which the notice relates with a person who is or appears to be the person with management or control of the place; or
in a way prescribed under a regulation.
A regulation may prescribe—
the way of issuing a notice; and
the steps a person to whom a notice is issued must take to bring it to the attention of other persons.

(sec.150G-ssec.2) A regulation may prescribe— the way of issuing a notice; and the steps a person to whom a notice is issued must take to bring it to the attention of other persons.
- (a) by delivering it personally to the person or sending it by post or facsimile or electronic transmission to the person’s usual or last known place of residence or business; or
- (b) by leaving it for the person at the person’s usual or last known place of residence or business with a person who appears to be over 16 years and who appears to reside or work there; or
- (c) by leaving it for the person at the place to which the notice relates with a person who is or appears to be the person with management or control of the place; or
- (d) in a way prescribed under a regulation.
