### sec.149B Compliance with non-disturbance notice A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a non-disturbance notice issued to the person. Maximum penalty—500 penalty units. Subsection (1) places an evidential burden on the accused to show a reasonable excuse. s 149B ins 2011 No. 18 s 379 (sec.149B-ssec.1) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a non-disturbance notice issued to the person.
