### sec.141H Inspector may require thing’s return
If an inspector has required a person to take a thing to a stated place by a stated reasonable time under this division, the inspector may require the person to return the thing to the place from which it was taken.
A person of whom the requirement is made under subsection (1) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
Subject to the provisions of this part providing for compensation, the cost of complying with subsection (1) must be borne by the person.
Subsection (2) places an evidential burden on the defendant to show a reasonable excuse.
