### sec.113 Application of division This division sets out the procedures for taking disciplinary action against a person. However, this division does not apply for taking disciplinary action against a person in relation to the performance of electrical work if— the person has been given an immediate suspension notice in relation to the work; and the immediate suspension notice is in effect. s 113 amd 2017 No. 27 s 8 ; 2024 No. 44 s 48 sch 1 (sec.113-ssec.1) This division sets out the procedures for taking disciplinary action against a person. (sec.113-ssec.2) However, this division does not apply for taking disciplinary action against a person in relation to the performance of electrical work if— the person has been given an immediate suspension notice in relation to the work; and the immediate suspension notice is in effect. - (a) the person has been given an immediate suspension notice in relation to the work; and - (b) the immediate suspension notice is in effect.
