### sec.100 When appointed member’s office becomes vacant
The office of an appointed member of a board committee becomes vacant if—
the member resigns by signed notice of resignation given to the Minister; or
the Minister ends the member’s appointment.
The Minister may end the appointment of an appointed member of a board committee—
in either of the following events—
the member is absent, without the Minister’s leave and without reasonable excuse, from 3 consecutive ordinary meetings of the board committee;
the member is found guilty of an indictable offence, whether or not dealt with summarily, or an offence against this Act; or
at any time, for any reason or without stating a reason.
(sec.100-ssec.1) The office of an appointed member of a board committee becomes vacant if— the member resigns by signed notice of resignation given to the Minister; or the Minister ends the member’s appointment.
(sec.100-ssec.2) The Minister may end the appointment of an appointed member of a board committee— in either of the following events— the member is absent, without the Minister’s leave and without reasonable excuse, from 3 consecutive ordinary meetings of the board committee; the member is found guilty of an indictable offence, whether or not dealt with summarily, or an offence against this Act; or at any time, for any reason or without stating a reason.
- (a) the member resigns by signed notice of resignation given to the Minister; or
- (b) the Minister ends the member’s appointment.
- (a) in either of the following events— (i) the member is absent, without the Minister’s leave and without reasonable excuse, from 3 consecutive ordinary meetings of the board committee; (ii) the member is found guilty of an indictable offence, whether or not dealt with summarily, or an offence against this Act; or
- (i) the member is absent, without the Minister’s leave and without reasonable excuse, from 3 consecutive ordinary meetings of the board committee;
- (ii) the member is found guilty of an indictable offence, whether or not dealt with summarily, or an offence against this Act; or
- (b) at any time, for any reason or without stating a reason.
- (i) the member is absent, without the Minister’s leave and without reasonable excuse, from 3 consecutive ordinary meetings of the board committee;
- (ii) the member is found guilty of an indictable offence, whether or not dealt with summarily, or an offence against this Act; or
