253 Parties to proceeding
(1) The Court of Disputed Returns may:
(a) grant leave to a person interested to appear before it on the
decision of the reference; and
(b) order service of a copy of the reference on the persons the
Court considers appropriate.
(2) The persons mentioned in subsection (1)(a) or (b) are parties to the
proceeding for the reference.
