192B Additional disclosure requirement for nominees who were not previously candidates (1) Subject to subsection (2), at the same time as a nominee lodges a nomination form under Part 5, Division 3 for an election, the nominee must give the Commission a return in the approved form for the period beginning 31 days after the previous general election and ending on the day the writ is issued for the election. (2) A return is only required under subsection (1) if a return had not already been given under section 191 or 192 in relation to the particular nominee in respect of the election.
