### sec.84P Exclusion of arrangements to avoid the imposition of transfer duty
This section applies to a dutiable transaction that is a farm-in agreement if the transaction is part of an arrangement to avoid the imposition of transfer duty.
The commissioner must make an assessment to impose transfer duty on the transaction as if the transaction were not a farm-in agreement under this part.
Subsection (2) applies despite the limitation period under the Administration Act for reassessments.

(sec.84P-ssec.1) This section applies to a dutiable transaction that is a farm-in agreement if the transaction is part of an arrangement to avoid the imposition of transfer duty.
