### sec.84A Who is a farmor
A farmor is—
a person to whom an exploration authority, is granted under the relevant Act for the authority, even if the person is yet to be registered as the holder of the authority under that Act; or
another person to whom the exploration authority has been transferred under the relevant Act for the authority, even if the other person is yet to be registered as the holder of the authority under that Act.
For subsection (1) , the relevant Act for an exploration authority is the Act under which the authority is granted.

(sec.84A-ssec.1) A farmor is— a person to whom an exploration authority, is granted under the relevant Act for the authority, even if the person is yet to be registered as the holder of the authority under that Act; or another person to whom the exploration authority has been transferred under the relevant Act for the authority, even if the other person is yet to be registered as the holder of the authority under that Act.
(sec.84A-ssec.2) For subsection (1) , the relevant Act for an exploration authority is the Act under which the authority is granted.
- (a) a person to whom an exploration authority, is granted under the relevant Act for the authority, even if the person is yet to be registered as the holder of the authority under that Act; or
- (b) another person to whom the exploration authority has been transferred under the relevant Act for the authority, even if the other person is yet to be registered as the holder of the authority under that Act.
