### sec.76C Approval holders must notify commissioner of material changes
This section applies to an approval in force under section 76B if there is a material change in the circumstances existing when the approval was given.
Within 28 days after the approval holder becomes aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the change, the approval holder must give the commissioner notice of the change.
Failure to give the notice is an offence under the Administration Act , section 120 .
