### sec.663 Application of s 154 Section 154(2) and (2AA) apply to a dutiable transaction mentioned in section 154(1)(a) only if liability for transfer duty on the transaction arises on or after the commencement. Section 154(2) as in force before the commencement continues to apply to a dutiable transaction mentioned in section 154(1)(a) if liability for transfer duty on the transaction arose before the commencement. s 663 ins 2016 No. 64 s 10 (sec.663-ssec.1) Section 154(2) and (2AA) apply to a dutiable transaction mentioned in section 154(1)(a) only if liability for transfer duty on the transaction arises on or after the commencement.
