### sec.657 Retrospective operation of ch 2, pt 8A Chapter 2, part 8A and any ancillary provision, as inserted or amended by the Payroll Tax Rebate, Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2015 , is taken to have had effect on and from the start time. In this section— ancillary provision means a provision of this Act necessary to give effect to chapter 2, part 8A. s 657 ins 2015 No. 4 s 43 (sec.657-ssec.1) Chapter 2, part 8A and any ancillary provision, as inserted or amended by the Payroll Tax Rebate, Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2015 , is taken to have had effect on and from the start time. (sec.657-ssec.2) In this section— ancillary provision means a provision of this Act necessary to give effect to chapter 2, part 8A.
