### sec.64 Liability to pay transfer duty on creation or termination of trust
If a trust of dutiable property is created or terminated, the trustee of the trust is the party to the dutiable transaction that is the creation or termination of the trust.
If the trustee of the trust does not pay the transfer duty, the beneficiaries of the trust are jointly and severally liable for the duty.
(sec.64-ssec.1) If a trust of dutiable property is created or terminated, the trustee of the trust is the party to the dutiable transaction that is the creation or termination of the trust.
(sec.64-ssec.2) If the trustee of the trust does not pay the transfer duty, the beneficiaries of the trust are jointly and severally liable for the duty.
