### sec.600 Cancellation of registration to defer endorsement—s 446A This section applies if, immediately before 1 July 2008, a self assessor was registered under previous section 446A to defer endorsement, under section 455(1)(c), of mortgages for further advances under the mortgages. On 1 July 2008, the registration is cancelled. However, the self assessor must, by 1 January 2009, comply with section 455(1)(c) in relation to any endorsement deferred under previous section 455(4). s 600 ins 2008 No. 39 s 19 (sec.600-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before 1 July 2008, a self assessor was registered under previous section 446A to defer endorsement, under section 455(1)(c), of mortgages for further advances under the mortgages.
