### sec.576 Ending of registration as self assessors This section applies to a person who, immediately before 1 January 2007, was registered as a self assessor under chapter 12, part 2 or 3. On 1 January 2007, the person’s registration is cancelled to the extent it applied for transfer duty on transactions relating to Queensland marketable securities. Subsection (2) does not affect— the registration of the person under this Act for any other purpose; or a requirement that applies to the person under this Act or the Administration Act in relation to a pre-repeal marketable security transaction. s 576 ins 2006 No. 44 s 70 (sec.576-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before 1 January 2007, was registered as a self assessor under chapter 12, part 2 or 3.
