### sec.561 Reassessments under repealed s 242 Repealed section 242 applies under section 559(1) only for a lease or occupancy right that is terminated before 1 January 2016. Repealed section 242 also applies, despite its repeal, to a section 532 instrument that is terminated before 1 January 2016. For subsection (2), repealed section 242 applies with any necessary changes to the termination of the instrument as if it were the termination of a lease or occupancy right. In this section— section 532 instrument means a lease, transaction, contract or agreement— mentioned in section 532(1); and that was in force immediately before 1 January 2006. s 561 ins 2005 No. 60 s 16 (sec.561-ssec.1) Repealed section 242 applies under section 559(1) only for a lease or occupancy right that is terminated before 1 January 2016. (sec.561-ssec.2) Repealed section 242 also applies, despite its repeal, to a section 532 instrument that is terminated before 1 January 2016.
