### sec.558 Meaning of particular terms used in div 2 In this division— pre-repeal lease duty liability means a liability for lease duty arising under repealed chapter 4 before 1 January 2006. repealed , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force immediately before 1 January 2006.
