### sec.554 Meaning of particular terms used in div 1 In this division— pre-repeal credit transaction means a credit transaction entered into by a credit provider before 1 January 2006. registered credit provider means a person who was, immediately before 1 January 2006, registered under chapter 12, part 1, to carry on business in Queensland as a credit provider and as a self assessor. repealed , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force immediately before 1 January 2006.
