### sec.527 Application of ch 3, pt 1, div 7, to particular amounts This section applies if, before the commencement day, the commissioner may have requested registration of a charge, under section 56FD(1) of the repealed Act, for an amount of stamp duty chargeable, or penalty payable, on or in relation to a statement mentioned in the section. Chapter 3, part 1, division 7, applies to the amount of stamp duty or penalty as if it were an outstanding amount of land rich duty. (sec.527-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement day, the commissioner may have requested registration of a charge, under section 56FD(1) of the repealed Act, for an amount of stamp duty chargeable, or penalty payable, on or in relation to a statement mentioned in the section.
