### sec.524 References to majority interests in land rich corporations For chapter 3, part 1— a reference to a land rich corporation includes a reference to a corporation to which the prescribed provisions under section 56F of the repealed Act apply; and a reference to a majority interest in a corporation includes a reference to a majority interest in a corporation under section 56FN of the repealed Act. - (a) a reference to a land rich corporation includes a reference to a corporation to which the prescribed provisions under section 56F of the repealed Act apply; and - (b) a reference to a majority interest in a corporation includes a reference to a majority interest in a corporation under section 56FN of the repealed Act.
