### sec.522 Repealed Act applies to issue of particular units in widely held unit trusts
Subsection (2) applies if—
a unit trust scheme is taken to be a public unit trust scheme under section 56B(1A) of the repealed Act; and
the start-up period for the scheme ends on or after the commencement day; and
the disqualifying circumstances mentioned in section 71(3) apply to the issue of units in the unit trust.
The repealed Act applies to the issue of units during the start-up period.
