### sec.514 Repealed Act applies to particular agreements to transfer Subsection (2) applies if— under section 54 of the repealed Act, stamp duty is chargeable on a contract or agreement for the sale of property; and a transfer of the property to the transferee under the contract or agreement is entered into on or after the commencement day. The repealed Act applies to the transfer of the property to the transferee. Subsection (4) applies if— under section 54 of the repealed Act, stamp duty is chargeable on a contract or agreement for the sale of property; and the transferee under the contract or agreement is acting as agent of another person; and a transfer of the property to the other person is entered into on or after the commencement day. The repealed Act applies to the transfer of the property to the other person. (sec.514-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if— under section 54 of the repealed Act, stamp duty is chargeable on a contract or agreement for the sale of property; and a transfer of the property to the transferee under the contract or agreement is entered into on or after the commencement day. (sec.514-ssec.2) The repealed Act applies to the transfer of the property to the transferee. (sec.514-ssec.3) Subsection (4) applies if— under section 54 of the repealed Act, stamp duty is chargeable on a contract or agreement for the sale of property; and the transferee under the contract or agreement is acting as agent of another person; and a transfer of the property to the other person is entered into on or after the commencement day. (sec.514-ssec.4) The repealed Act applies to the transfer of the property to the other person. - (a) under section 54 of the repealed Act, stamp duty is chargeable on a contract or agreement for the sale of property; and - (b) a transfer of the property to the transferee under the contract or agreement is entered into on or after the commencement day. - (a) under section 54 of the repealed Act, stamp duty is chargeable on a contract or agreement for the sale of property; and - (b) the transferee under the contract or agreement is acting as agent of another person; and - (c) a transfer of the property to the other person is entered into on or after the commencement day.
