### sec.437 Application for registration to carry on particular businesses A person may apply to be registered to carry on business in Queensland as an insurer. The application must be made to the commissioner in the approved form. s 437 amd 2004 No. 15 s 3 sch ; 2005 No. 60 s 14 ; 2006 No. 44 s 59 ; 2010 No. 11 s 55 (sec.437-ssec.1) A person may apply to be registered to carry on business in Queensland as an insurer. (sec.437-ssec.2) The application must be made to the commissioner in the approved form.
